On my last trip to Bangkok, I found my absolute favourite hotel in the whole world so far – Pullman G. The best thing about Bangkok is its vast selection of affordable luxury hotels. I’ve always loved Pullman hotels but often find them to be a bit over my budget in Europe. I stayed in the all-around white Deluxe room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a crazy view over Bangkok skyline. I was impressed the minute I walked in
I was impressed the minute I walked in, jet lagged from a night flight, and ordered some room service for breakfast. I’m not going to lie to you, it was one of my life’s favourite moments.
Pullman G is located on Silom Road, in the neighbourhood of Silom (surprise much), close to a lot of restaurants and other attractions. Pullman G is a trendy luxurious hotel for the millenial business traveller, and I could not recommend it enough.
G Deluxe Room
The rooms at Pullman G are divided into G Deluxe, Executive, G Suite and Executive Suite. What’s funky about it, is that my absolute favourite room is of the lowest standard in the hotel, which is the G Deluxe. I just love the bright room and its simple decoration.
Pure love. I cannot wait to return to Bangkok later this year and stay here again!
Services at Pullman G
Pullman G startles the minute you walk in. The lobby has a little G Shop for trendy souvenirs and right next to it is a little bakery selling doughnuts and other sweet treats (which were way too hard to pass after a busy day of business).
The hotel also has a stylish swimming pool outdoors with a gym. But also, due to my busy business schedule, I could only take a little sneak peak.
Pullman G also happens to be home for one of the most stylish rooftop bar in all Asia, Scarlett Wine & Bar. And there are a couple of other restaurants and bars at the hotel too, and the rumor has it one of the restaurants serve the best burgers in Bangkok.
I know you will be taken by surprise as I tell you that the breakfast at Pullman G was also the best I’ve ver had. The selection was abundant, but also of great quality. I got to pick my own noodle soup from a noodle chef, eggs just the way I liked and a ton of dim sum. And to make the experience as perfect as possible, there was also a vast selection of exotic Thai fruit.
And no, my stay was in no way sponsored – I just really really adore this place!
